Blue Butterfly Tea Latté

Goodbye winter blues, hello blue lattés! We color this latté with blue butterfly pea powder. It comes from the blue butterfly pea flower, an amazingly vibrant blue hue. We've also added a cold water herbal infusion from Bigelow Tea, our favorite non-dairy milk, a bit of pure vanilla extract, and some cinnamon. Blue butterfly pea powder can boost brain health, lower blood pressure, and is rich in anti-inflammatory compounds. The look, benefits, and taste of this latté bring a smile to our faces.


3 tsp of blue butterfly pea powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup cold water
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 bag of Bigelow Tea Blueberry Citrus Basil Cold Water Infusion


  1. Place infusion bag into cold water and infuse for at least 8 minutes.
  2. Add infusion to non-dairy milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and blue butterfly pea powder.
  3. Use a frother to mix well. Enjoy!
